Our Client, specialized in outdoor communication in Africa through revolutionary digital and static advertising solutions, is hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager for the development of its activities in GHANA, ACCRA.

Mission

You are responsible for selling outdoor communication products to companies (large and small enterprises) located locally.
You develop a customer portfolio by conducting intensive prospecting operations.
You advise your customer prospects by proposing solutions adapted to their local communication needs.
You participate in public relations operations in your sector.
Market studies and competitive intelligence.
Positioning of the offer in the advertising market (media and content).
Analysis of brand communication trends by sector of activity.
Be a force of proposal in defining the marketing strategy.
Ensure the proper implementation of the Marketing Plan: Animate the offer policy and identify value-creating events for the company: special offers, flash sales, new territories, etc.
Pricing of the commercial offer in collaboration with the marketing direction
Management of suppliers related to pigeon activity (photos and videos)
Put in place KPIs for monitoring marketing activity and ensure regular follow-up (success of offers, profitability of product ranges, etc.)
Ensure the management of photo / video schedules within the associated budget.

Education

? Minimum of 2 years of experience in the media / advertising industry
? Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken
? Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
? Good knowledge of digital media
