Our Client, specializing in outdoor advertising in Africa through revolutionary digital and static advertising solutions, is seeking a PORTFOLIO MANAGER to support the development of its activities in ACCRA, GHANA.
Mission
Provides technical support and close collaboration with the Technical Director,
Coordination and monitoring of field personnel (Operations and Works), in accordance with Health / Safety / Environmental regulations
Identifies good billboard placement sites
Negotiates with landlords for billboard placement
Manages and processes permits and approvals with competent authorities (municipalities and others)
Continuous improvement and maintenance of billboards
Response to urban furniture tender calls:
Participates in tender preparation
Relations with our clients and management of contracts.
Profil du poste
? Strong technical background and experience in media/advertising sector, as a technician or asset manager.
? Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
? Good knowledge of the field and negotiation techniques with various stakeholders (landlords, municipalities, village leaders).
