HR COORDINATOR

At Eni , we are looking for an HR Coordinator to join Eni Côte d'Ivoire in Abidjan . You will coordinate and support all Human Resources activities to ensure effective workforce management, compliance with labour regulations, and alignment with business objectives.

You will provide operational support across recruitment, employee administration, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and HR reporting. You will also facilitate communication between employees, management, and external stakeholders, while contributing to a positive work environment and overall organisational effectiveness.
